FAQ's

Q1. How will the customer get an order confirmation? 

A: You will receive an order confirmation from us to your registered email address or to your registered mobile number via SMS.

Q2. How can the customer check the status of my order?

A: Once the order has been shipped, our shipment partner (Delhivery) will send you a tracking ID through email which can be used to check the status of your order at Track Order.

Q3. How can the customer cancel an order?

A: If the customer wishes to cancel an order, then customer can write to us at esales@ulama.co.in. Once the Order is processed/dispatched it can not be cancelled. Refund ill be processed within 5 - 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are not refundable.

Q4. What are the return and refund policies?

A: Return and Refund policies,

  • The customer can return the products 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product should be returned with the original packaging and tag packing. Product once worn or used cannot be returned. 
  • In case of a defective product, the customer is requested to send the image of the product, and upon confirmation on the exchange or refund will be initiated.
  • Products bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned. 
  • Cash-on-delivery orders are not refundable. They can only be exchanged.
  • For products returned due to a defect, the delivery charges will be borne by us. 
  • For products returned due to size or design, the shopping charges need to be borne by the customer.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like special orders or personalized items such as vests and briefs to ensure hygiene concords especially during the pandemic situation we are currently in.

Q5. What are the payment methods available? 

A: Payment methods

  • Indian Credit Cards, Indian Debit Cards, Net Banking from 58 Banks, UPI, Wallets including Freecharge, Mobikwik etc.

Q6. Can you order only if you have a Ulama account?

A: No, you can order without having an account on Ulama site.

Q7. My coupon code is not working. What do I do?

A: If your coupon code is not working, check the expiration date or contact us.

Q8. My product has not been delivered. What do I do?
