Q1. How will the customer get an order confirmation? A: You will receive an order confirmation from us to your registered email address or to your registered mobile number via SMS. |
Q2. How can the customer check the status of my order? A: Once the order has been shipped, our shipment partner (Delhivery) will send you a tracking ID through email which can be used to check the status of your order at Track Order. |
Q3. How can the customer cancel an order? A: If the customer wishes to cancel an order, then customer can write to us at esales@ulama.co.in. Once the Order is processed/dispatched it can not be cancelled. Refund ill be processed within 5 - 7 business days. Cash-on-delivery orders are not refundable. |
